mceTapiRex should honor Ignore Outlook option

TapiRex offers an option to ignore Outlook. Currently, if you install mceTAPIRexv2, it will try to connect to Outlook whether or not it has been ignored within TapiRex.

problem should be solved. I added a check for the data source set in TapiRex. According to that only the primary source is used to check for pictures and for reverse lookup.

I did not use the ignoreOutlook option since i think its not necessary. If you dont agree on this we can still add it to the method "isOutlookPrimarySource" in Application.cs.

Hmmm. I just installed this latest build and Outlook is still prompting me to create a profile.

hope the problem is fixed now. Now the "DisableOutlook" key is taken into consideration as well. Please test the new version once i committed it.

i just installed the lastest build and the Outlook process is still opening when I open mceTapiRex.

I'm wondering if it's part of this:
    public bool isDatabasePrimarySource()
        return (lookupPrimarySource() == "2");
On my machine, I have the tapirex database as my primary source, and its value is 1 in the registry. If I choose "No local data", the registry value changes to 0.

these are the current values for Options\DataSource in the registry:
0 = none
1 = database
2 = outlook

@blich_iu: does your outlook still prompt?
